Right of revocation (legal)

You have the right to terminate this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. If several goods have been ordered within a single order that are then delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins 14 days from the day on which you, or a representative of your third party, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the latest merchandise.

and inform us by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter or an email sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached revocation form, but it is not required. To meet the revocation period, just send the revocation letter on time.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will immediately refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery that we offer), and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged for this payment. We may deny a refund until we have received the returned merchandise or until you can prove that you have returned the merchandise, whichever comes first. You must return or deliver the merchandise to us immediately and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the day of the notification in which you inform us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you return the merchandise before the 14-day limit has expired. The costs of returning the merchandise are at your expense. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the merchandise if this loss of value is due to improper treatment in order to check the quality, properties and operation of the merchandise.
