Samahan-Tea, Ingredients

Samahan tea is made from 14 herbs and spices. In Sri Lanka the recipe has been in use for hundreds of years, some say 1,500 years. Theoretically, you could also combine the tea ingredients at a well-stocked herbal shop and make your own Samahan tea. It's just a little expensive. This would also go against the Ayurvedic principle, which states that only the correct and balanced combination of ingredients leads to success. The manufacturer does not disclose the recipe, that is, the percentage part of each herb. Due to the cane sugar, each cup contains approximately 16 Kcal.
